Private coaching

In addition to these scheduled group classes (see the calendar below) I offer 1 on 1 private sessions, & small group (2-6) private sessions.  These private sessions can be 30min or an hour-EMAIL CLIFTONHARSKI@GMAIL.COM.  I can travel BUT it costs additional $$.

  • 1 on 1 = $80/hr, $45/.5hr

I am also available to train at pacific coast kettlebells in Pacific Beach and revolution fitness in La Jolla.
